composed in 1976 by Richard T. Pulley, San-Dan, Shorin-Ryu Karate USA. It was
written on the wall in the Dojo in New Smyrna Beach Florida.

Is of the sun and moon
The mind aspires to heaven
The body locked
In the embrace of the earth
Living and dying are one
