Greetings to all from Sensei Judy:

The title of the Japanese version of The Essence of Okinawan
Karate-Do is our Mission statement in Shorin-Ryu Karate USA
under the direction of Grand Master Ansei Ueshiro.

The original title

Okinawan Karate-do:
The Preservation of a Traditional Legacy

is the book that Shoshin Nagamine wrote and had published in February of 1975. The English version was published and released
in October of the same year under the new title
