The triple moves (front snap kick and double punch) in
F-3 and P-4 provide us the opportunity to practice
this aspect of our Karate. With pinpoint precision
strike each move on the target the size of a dime with
rapid succession. Research this well--check with your
Sensei on how to apply these moves.
