"Visualize an Imaginary Roof"

In the spirit of training hard and maintaining a low stance and proper technique, sometimes it helps to visualize an imaginary roof. When performing your karate techniques, imagine a roof a millimeter above your head. If you bob up and down, you'll hit the top of your head. In the video attached to this email, you'll see Gedan Uke with a Bo and Chudan Shuto Uke performed with both wrong and correct techniques.
