Editor's note:  The testing in the above video is restricted to students who have trained for at least five years. It is intended to demonstrate the physical strength these students have acquired from years of studying the Nihanchi kata in our system.  Such testing is performed only during special demonstrations and is administered only by a third degree black belt (Sensei) or higher.  The contact shown is only to the students' major muscle groups, not to targets that could easily sustain injury.
